- College degree in office administration or technical school diploma in secretariat.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accounts payable and receivable (accounts payable/receivable, payments, account reconciliation, etc.) ;
- Responsible for the reception (telephone, visitors, mail, etc.) ;
- Other office duties (Word processing, Excel, record keeping, etc.).
