- A minimum of 10 years of experience in similar functions (including at least 5 in the manufacturing industry) ;
- University degree in industrial relations or human resources (or other university studies considered relevant).

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of HR services (define the vision, supervise the HR team, improve HR practices, etc.) ;
- Responsible for the strategies and processes (management coaching, development of compensation, acquisition, labor retention and labor relations strategies, etc.) ;
- Responsible for promoting the company (continuously on the lookout for novelties and innovations, ensure company visibility amongst partners, etc.) ;
- Responsible for supporting senior management (acting as an agent of change, internal communication structure development, etc.).
