Mold adjuster
Diplôme et expérience
- 4 to 5 years of experience in mechanical adjusting (turning, milling and grinding);
- High school diploma in machining combined with an Attestation of Vocational Specialization (AVS) or technical school diploma (or equivalent).

- Intermediate English
- Advanced Spanish

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of molds and the adjustment of the mechanical components (pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders, hinges, etc.);
- Define the operating parameters of the presses;
- Ensure that the settings are within tolerances using an optical comparator;
- Ensure the first injections, inspect the mold performance, making the final adjustments (polish, accessory and welding);
- Ensure the adequate production of parts respecting the rules and criteria established by the customer and validate the stability of the process.
Profile
- Basic knowledge of adjustment tools (presses, mills, towers);
- Knowledge of the field of rubber, resins, injection molding machines and plastic injection;
- Have a good manual dexterity;
- Accuracy and quality concerned;
- Meticulous;
- Ability to interpret 3D drawings and plans.
