Process technician
Diplôme et expérience
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing (plastic injection molding) ;
- Technical school diploma in electrical engineering, plastics processing or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Makes necessary changes to production at the beginning and during the work shift ;
- Properly prepares the injection presses according to the process sheets at the beginning and during the work shift ;
- Respect of process procedures available, record sheets, process sheets, etc. ;
- Ensures the availability and handling of raw materials, in accordance with procedures (identification, quantity, drying time, etc.), Also plans raw material changes ;
- Participates in the optimization of work areas (conveyor belt, mills, product output, etc.) ;
- Responsible for the maintenance of molds during production (lubricates and ensures cleanliness), using the proper cleaning methods (cleaning products and cleaning recording, etc.) ;
- Responsible for the follow-up of the ongoing maintenance of molds (planning, implementation, monitoring, inventory, updating maintenance documents, etc.).
Profile
- Expertise in plastic injection processes, peripheral equipment, robots, dryers, etc. ;
- Knowledge in mechanics and electricity.
