Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of processes and maintenance sectors, ensuring compliance with the production requirements;
- Supervise and participate in the development of the company’s new projects;
- Implement methods to ensure the effectiveness of the process;
- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of the budget application for the processes, maintenance and casting workshop sectors;
- Minimize downtime created by line interruptions associated with departmental operations;
- Implement a continuous improvement in its area of responsibility;
- Optimization of injection machine cycles;
- Manage the proper use of raw materials;
- Supervise the work of external suppliers and ensure that purchases of spare parts are made in a timely manner;
- Ensure the implementation in due time of the company’s preventive and predictive maintenance programs and give a regular follow-up on the machines corrective maintenance.
Profile
- Knowledge of casting processes, plastics and automotive engineering;
- Knowledge of molding and fitting methods (JRG);
- Administration and purchasing skills;
- Maintenance of injection machines;
- Maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds;
- Knowledge of mold designing;
- Proactive, leadership and negotiating skills, strong character.
