Diplôme et expérience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the plastics industry;
- Training in industrial engineering, production or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring of production related performance indicators and the achievement of proposed objectives;
- Supervise activities related to the maintenance of the factory and production equipment to ensure the continuity of production and the progress of the various projects;
- Coordinate the various projects of the production process continuous improvement;
- Manage the budget and the production planning.
Profile
- Knowledge of ISO TS16949;
- Knowledge of the lean manufacturing continuous improvement tools (5S, Kanban, Standard Methods, etc.);
- Excellent communicator;
