Responsibilities
- Supervise workstations during shifts (operators, raw material coordinator, etc.) ;
- Ensure compliance with the rules, policies and procedures ;
- Ensure communication between shifts ;
- Perform various administrative tasks in connection with operations ;
- Ensure daily and annual employee feedback.
