Profile

• Training in administration and/or management fields;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing field;
• Ability and prominent talent in operations management and the «no surprise management»;
• Knowledge and understanding of the automotive field tools (Core tools): APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control plan;
• Mastering of the IATF16949 standards;
• Knowledge and mastering of the KPI approach (performance indicators);
• Understanding of the customer/supplier issues in the context of mass production;
• Knowledge and experience to manage in conjunction with a headquarter company;
• Knowledge in the injection and tooling field (asset);
