Maintenance technician
Diplôme et expérience
- 4 years of experience in plastic injections machines and molds;
- Machine and manufacturing technician or equivalent.
Langue parlée
- Beginner English

- Beginner English
Horaire
- 48 hours per week;
- Flexible schedule and rotating work shifts.

Responsibilities
- Follow up of the machine and equipment preventive maintenance program:
- Give solutions for corrective maintenance;
- Implement improvements and equipment for the department;
- Support to the technical team for changes in molds;
- Support to the production team to improve cycle times and machine efficiency in order to reduce downtime.
- Support the development and implementation of instruments, especially for the production (transport belt, pneumatic system, air and water for the process);
- Support the maintenance of the building and equipment.
Profile
- Knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical and PLC;
- Handling of tour;
- Handling of measurement equipment;
- Milling machine;
- Different types of welding;
- Technical drawing;
- Interpretation of plans.
